Tibia fracture

6th trail run in an attempt to kick-off my training for Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc took me to a hospital instead.

I finally got selected for this year's Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc, started training, and have not got too far - 6th run already endedup prematurely with a sharp pain below the knee and slow limp back home.

Radio didn't show anything, but MRI results in the hands of a good orthopaedist showed it's a tibia fracture.

Sentence? No weight-loading at all for at least 2 months, probably more.

Walking only with crutches, and only if really necessary.

No cycling.

No running, obviously.

Bye bye UTMB.
