A running trail in a Mediterranean environment.

Are you an atypical, technical and demanding trail enthusiast? The Crossing of the Gorges is made for you!

38 km of monotraced trails in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche Natural Reserve where you will discover the exceptional richness of this preserved and wild place.

After a gentle start along the river, you will enter the Gorges towards the Grotto of Saint Marcel. You will then have the exceptional opportunity to cross the cave to discover the famous cascade of gours and the cathedral hall.

Head for the heart of the Gorges and the path that runs along the river to the canoe crossing at Gournier!

The return (demanding!) by the Gardois side will put your legs to the test but will offer you unique views of the thousand-year-old and colourful cliffs of the Gorges.

You will end your adventure by crossing the medieval village of Aiguèze before taking our famous Pont de Canoës, marking the end of your Crossing of the Gorges.
