They say, road-running may give you a healthy set of lungs, but will leave you with as much upper body strength as Keira...
The Mud Day was definitely different. With 22 obstacles spread over 13 km course, running was the easiest part. The mud, the rivers, the tunnels, the electricity, the ice - all were there to make our time spent at the Camp militaire de Frileuse more miserable, and more fun.
2 days later, the upper half of my body still screams at me with each slightest movement. Definitely going to come back there next year!
